Facilities:-
Our three bedroom detached Villa is located just 7 minutes walk from the town centre, which offers a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The Villa is situated in a quite cul-de-sac only 400 yards from the secluded De Costa Bay, and just 10 minutes walk from the popular "Fig Tree Bay".
The property is arranged on two floors, the ground floor consists of an open plan lounge with Satellite TV, DVD & Playstation 2 with child friendly games, with an integral kitchen/dining room, opening out via patio doors to the pool. The open plan kitchen provides extensive facilities including oven/hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. A separate W.C. completes the ground floor area.
All three bedrooms are located on the first floor, bedroom 1 and 2 contains a double bed with Bedroom 2 also having a single bed. Bedroom 3 has an adult size bunk-bed and two single beds. A separate shared bathroom with toilet, bath and integral shower facilities completes the upper floor. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with ample fitted wardrobe space, and two bedrooms share access to a rear facing balcony.
Outside there is an ideal south facing patio area for sun loungers, including a full size 8x4 meter (child friendly) enclosed swimming pool, with integral roman steps leading down into the shallow area.

Air Conditioning:-
Unless you are accustomed to the Cyprus summer heat, it can be very uncomfortable to sleep at night especially in the high season, without the need for air-conditioning in your bedrooms.
Air conditioning is available in all three bedrooms, and is inclusive of the hire price. Additionally, there is a large standing fans which can be used to provide extra and personal ventilation and comfort for your stay.
However we would appreciate if you could use the air-conditioning sensibly, and with consideration, bearing the following points in mind.

Please ensure that the bedroom windows and doors are kept closed at all times to maintain a steady cool room temperature.

Once set, the individually programmed remote controls should be left in the wall cradle in the bedrooms.
Pool cleaning:-
Twice weekly the Lako pool maintenance team will come to service the pool, perform filtration and chemical checks, and top-up the pool to ensure the correct operating level.

Please ensure you shower sun cream off BEFORE you enter the pool as excessive oil in the water could block the filtration system.
